LOS TATUAJES DE UNA MORRA
We curated Claudia Flocco's tattoo catalog and in-studio photography into an intimate, warm, judgment-free brand universe—and engineered a high-flow digital storefront and WhatsApp booking funnel that turns casual Instagram browsers into committed studio appointments. We rejected the cold, intimidating bravado of traditional street shops in favor of tactile honesty: macro needle precision, natural studio documentary, and a soft lavender-and-indigo aesthetic crafted specifically for women seeking meaningful, delicate ink.
A SANCTUARY, NOT A SHOP.
Reimagining the Encounter
Traditional tattoo studios are often intimidating spaces—loud, male-dominated, and culturally opaque. Claudia's entire practice is built on the opposite ethos: "Un espacio tuyo. Seguro, femenino y sin juicios." We translated this positioning into every digital touchpoint, establishing an environment where first-time collectors feel welcomed, respected, and unhurried.
Curating the Visual Narrative
We combed through dozens of raw studio photographs and tattoo pieces to curate a tightly focused visual library. Instead of generic flash sheets, we spotlighted fine-line botanicals, surrealist eye-mushrooms, and delicate wildlife. We paired these works with low-key documentary captures of Claudia at the needle, communicating both technical mastery and human warmth.
The Zero-Friction Funnel
Artists drown in disorganized Instagram DMs asking "how much for this?" We solved this operational bottleneck with an intentional funnel: transparent 4-step scheduling, upfront deposit policies ($500 MXN), comprehensive before/aftercare FAQs, and a pre-filled WhatsApp deep link that filters inquiries into qualified, ready-to-book consultations.
THE ATELIER ARSENAL
Every photograph, token, and interface element was selected to balance fine-line precision with intimate hospitality. Explore the core assets below.
The Dual-Narrative Carousel
Instead of a static hero, we engineered a 7-slide carousel alternating between candid portraits of Claudia at work and macro captures of finished fine-line ink. Visitors instantly grasp both the artist's focus and the delicacy of the outcome before scrolling.
Hands at the Needle
Black nitrile gloves, wireless rotary pen, and microscopic stipples on skin. We directed photography to highlight deliberate, steady hand control—reassuring clients that fine-line work requires genuine surgical precision.
Curated Fine-Line Works Archive
Rather than intimidating street flash sheets or an unedited Instagram feed, we combed through raw client captures to curate nine standout masterworks. Browse the horizontal vault below to explore single-needle floral, script, and surrealist pieces without having to scroll past all of them.
The 4-Step Booking Protocol
We replaced haphazard back-and-forth Instagram messaging with a structured, reassuring 4-step commitment funnel:
// INTEGRATED WITH TRANSPARENT RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION BOUNDARIES
Design System & Tokens
A bespoke color architecture designed to feel modern yet deeply calming, pairing brutalist precision with emotional safety:
Pairing Clash Display (confident, geometric, contemporary) for bold titles with Source Serif 4 (editorial, warm, readable) for intimate editorial copy.
Atmosphere as Brand Moat: Low-Key Sanctuary
What sets Claudia apart isn't just the cleanliness of her single-needle strokes—it is how the client feels on the table. Captured under direct studio lamps with deep ambient shadows, this documentary frame became the visual anchor of the digital experience: serious craft, gentle human care, and absolute sanctuary.
